3、投標(biāo)人資格要求投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:A．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊(cè)公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined？certificate and business license.？The？scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B.？本次招標(biāo)不接受代理商投標(biāo)。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為本次投標(biāo)所投產(chǎn)品的制造商。如投標(biāo)人為制造商同一集團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)銷售投標(biāo)所投產(chǎn)品的全資子公司、控股子公司（投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供制造商或其上級(jí)公司證明上述事項(xiàng)的證明文件），則視投標(biāo)人為制造商。不能再將此貨物同時(shí)授權(quán)給其他投標(biāo)人參與投標(biāo)，否則相關(guān)的所有投標(biāo)將被拒絕。B. If the bidder is a branch company, it shall provide a valid business license and an authorization letter from the superior legal entity (authorizing the branch company to bid), recognizing the qualifications, credentials and performance of the branch company and the superior legal entity, but not the qualifications, credentials and performance of other branches of the same superior legal entity.
