本次招標(biāo)采用電子招標(biāo)方式，現(xiàn)邀請(qǐng)合格投標(biāo)人參加投標(biāo)。

3、投標(biāo)人資格要求
投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績(jī):對(duì)投標(biāo)人的資格和業(yè)績(jī)要求：Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder: （1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊(cè)公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate. B．投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為所投貨物的制造商或授權(quán)代理商。
如果投標(biāo)人是代理商，則須提供制造商有效授權(quán)書(shū)。
如果投標(biāo)人是制造廠商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷(xiāo)售的公司，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供聲明，說(shuō)明投標(biāo)人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團(tuán)，負(fù)責(zé)投標(biāo)貨物的銷(xiāo)售工作。
The bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of bid goods. If the bidder is an agent, it shall provide a valid Letter of Authority from Manufacturer. If the bidder is the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer, the bidder should provide relevant documents to prove that the sales company is within the same group as the Manufacturer and it is responsible for the sales of the bid goods.如果投標(biāo)人是代理商,應(yīng)具有2022年1月1日至2024年12月31日氣動(dòng)旋塞閥的銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī)（至少一個(gè)），并提供相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。
業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于銷(xiāo)售合同復(fù)印件，至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁(yè)（國(guó)內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國(guó)際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、貨物名稱。
未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或通過(guò)所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無(wú)法認(rèn)定滿足上述業(yè)績(jī)要求的，均視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。
If the bidder is an agent, the bidder shall have sales performance (at least one) of Pneumatic Plug (ON-OFF) Valves from January 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2024, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The sales performance documentary evidence includes but not limited to a copy of the sales contract, which should at least reflect the following contents: the date of contract signing, the contract signing page (domestic trade contracts should have signatures and seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), the name of the manufacturer, and the name of the goods. If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.投標(biāo)文件中提供制造商授權(quán)書(shū)的中標(biāo)候選人，應(yīng)在中標(biāo)候選人公示后 3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)將制造商授權(quán)書(shū)原件（簽字或人名章或公章均須為原件，不接受掃描打印文件）送達(dá)招標(biāo)人
未在中國(guó)電力招標(biāo)采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（m.fundraiserwreath.com）上注冊(cè)會(huì)員的單位應(yīng)先點(diǎn)擊注冊(cè)。登錄成功后的在 招標(biāo)會(huì)員 區(qū)根據(jù)招標(biāo)公告的相應(yīng)說(shuō)明獲取招標(biāo)文件！
