3、投標(biāo)人資格要求投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:3. 對投標(biāo)人的資格和業(yè)績要求：Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder:（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 本次招標(biāo)不接受代理商投標(biāo)。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為本次投標(biāo)所投產(chǎn)品的制造商。如投標(biāo)人為制造商同一集團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)銷售投標(biāo)所投產(chǎn)品的全資子公司、控股子公司（投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供制造商或其上級公司證明上述事項(xiàng)的證明文件），則視投標(biāo)人為制造商。不能再將此貨物同時(shí)授權(quán)給其他投標(biāo)人參與投標(biāo)，否則相關(guān)的所有投標(biāo)將被拒絕。Bid by Agent is not accepted. A scanned copy of the original certificate must be provided (for future reference) in the bidding document and can be accessed on the National Special Equipment Publicity Information Query Platform（ info-pub/pub ）or verified on the website of the administrative authority.（3）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2015年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品氣動(dòng)滑板閥（刀閘閥）的制造商應(yīng)具有至少2個(gè)合同的中國境內(nèi)聚乙烯或聚丙烯裝置粉料工況且與投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品同系列的供貨業(yè)績（供貨業(yè)績的制造商必須是本次投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的制造商），每個(gè)供貨業(yè)績合同中至少包括一臺(tái)不小于30寸的氣動(dòng)滑板閥（刀閘閥）From January 1st, 2015 to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the manufacturer of the bid Pneumatic Slide Gate Valve (Knife Gate Valve) shall have at least two supply contracts performance of pneumatic Slide Gate Valve (Knife Gate Valve) for PE or PP Plant within P.R.China (the manufacturer of the supply performance must be the manufacturer of the bidding product), and each supply performance contract shall include at least one Pneumatic Slide Gate Valve (Knife Gate Valve) not less than 30 inches in size.投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復(fù)印件。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁（國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、裝置名稱、貨物名稱、閥門尺寸、閥門型式及用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗(yàn)收材料。若業(yè)績合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的已到貨訂單，訂單內(nèi)容或編號(hào)應(yīng)與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個(gè)年度協(xié)議下提供1個(gè)或以上的訂單及與訂單對應(yīng)的到貨驗(yàn)收材料均算為1個(gè)有效業(yè)績。The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract and 2) acceptance evidence of goods delivery. The reference evidence documents furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, contract signing page(domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods, valve size, valve type and acceptance evidence of goods delivery signed or sealed by the user.If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding acceptance evidence under the same annual agreement is considered as one valid performance.未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或通過所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法認(rèn)定滿足上述業(yè)績要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績。 If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo):不接受未領(lǐng)購招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以4、
