Failure to obtain bidding documents through legal channels：Participation in bidding is not allowed.（2）資質(zhì)要求及證明文件：無Requirements of Qualification of Bidder and Certificate：None（3）★業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:從2019年1月1日起至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具有至少1個已完成的不小于100米水深導(dǎo)管架平臺的外加電流陰極保護(hù)及監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的供貨業(yè)績（供貨業(yè)績的制造商必須是本次投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的制造商或成撬商），投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供設(shè)備第三方認(rèn)證證書（第三方認(rèn)證證書是指應(yīng)取得第三方發(fā)證檢驗機(jī)構(gòu)證書的設(shè)備必須取得海上設(shè)施產(chǎn)品檢驗證書，不可以用船用產(chǎn)品證書、型式認(rèn)可證書替代海上設(shè)施產(chǎn)品檢驗證書）。投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同和2）用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料（到貨驗收單或調(diào)試驗收報告或其他可以證明合同項下貨物已經(jīng)到貨驗收的有效證明材料）。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（應(yīng)有雙方蓋章）、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、技術(shù)文件及到貨驗收材料（到貨驗收單或調(diào)試驗收報告或使用方出具的有效證明文件）。未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法體現(xiàn)滿足上述業(yè)績要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績。From January 1st, 2019 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the contract signing time), the products submitted by the bidder shall have at least one completed performance of supplying impressed current cathodic protection and monitoring system (ICCP+CPMS) for not less than 100 meters deep water jacket platforms（The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods or Machinery Assembly and Integration compnay）Bidders shall provide third-party certification certificates (Third party certification certificate refers to the  equipment should obtain a certificate from a third-party certification inspection agency which must obtain an offshore facility product inspection certificate. Ship product certificates or type approval certificates cannot replace offshore facility product inspection certificates. The bidder shall submit the performance table in the prescribed format and relevant performance supporting documents. The performance documents include but are not limited to: 1) a copy of the contract (including relevant technical annexes) and2) the arrival and acceptance materials (arrival and acceptance sheet or commissioning acceptance report or valid documents issued by the user). The performance documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following: contract signing time, contract signing page (should be stamped by both parties), manufacturer's name, name of the goods, technical documents and arrival and acceptance materials (arrival and acceptance sheet or commissioning acceptance report or valid documents issued by the user). Failure to submit performance documents, or the performance documents provided do not reflect the fulfillment of the above performance requirements, are considered invalid performance.（4）其他要求：★產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求：提供以往項目的外加電流陰極保護(hù)及監(jiān)測一體化裝置第三方產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證證書，同時投標(biāo)人須承諾：本項目產(chǎn)品必須滿足QBZH 11111.05-2021，QBZH 11111.07-2024 及相關(guān)規(guī)范要求?！颬roduction standard requirements：Provide third-party product certification certificates for the impressed current cathodic protection and monitoring integrated device of previous projects. It’s not allowed that the certificates issued by inspection subordinate organization, certification subordinate organization or consultant subordinate organization of these 4 Classification Societies approved by the Emergency Management Department, PRC.
